If you’re like us and like Windows XP, just not how it looks, or you really just don’t want to upgrade to Vista, we’ve a solution for you. It’s called Vista Transformation Pack, and it completely changes the appearance of your installation of Xp to look more like Vista. It changes the icons, adds screen savers etc.,. and the great thing about it is that if you don’t like the look anymore, it has an uninstaller and will leave your system back to how it was. Try it out for your self here. But before you do, please make sure to read the user guide to archive desired results.
Its official, the iPhone and the iPod Touch have gotten a hard drive upgrade, and their both available right now at the apple store online, and will be rolling out to apple stores nation wide within the next couple of days. The iPhone now has 16GB of space and the iPhone touch has 32GB, which is a great improvement over the last two. Only thing that hurts a bit is the price which both are $499. So I would say to wait a few months to see if prices go down on either of these before going out and buying.

I know theres a couple of people out there that either can’t afford to
buy Photoshop, and just don’t wanna get it illegally (which we would not recommend). We’ll today we have a free open source alternative to Photoshop. Its called Pain.Net and its actually pretty good at what it does. While its not actually something thats comparable to the stuff you could do with Photoshop, it is a nice alternative. You can do more stuff than the included (with windows of course) paint. Download it and tell us what you think in the comments. Full feature list, and more information on their website.
Winter is known as cold season - and it’s not just because the temperatures are dropping. Your chances of catching a cold this season are high — but according to Everyday Health, you can reduce your chances of picking up one if you follow these steps:
- -Avoid touching your face with your hands. Cold viruses can easily enter your body through the eyes and nose.
- -Speaking of hands, wash them. Frequently.
- -Avoid people who are sick, if possible.
- -Keep your surroundings clean. Cold viruses can live for up to three hours on the phone reciever or stair railing, so make sure you are wiping those down with disinfectant if a sick person has used them.
- -Take your echinacea at the first sign of sickness.
- -Get your vitamin C too — try drinking orange juice every day, for instance.
And if you’re the one with the cold? Be polite — cover your mouth when you sneeze and wash your hands often to prevent spreading the virus.
